I'm not on Spring Break since I don't go to school, but I'm going to SXSW next week. Really excited about that.

I have to have my nails painted at all times.. cuz the white part of my nail starts way too soon ..bc it starts where the blade cut me.

I think the scars have gotten better.. it def doesn't look the same though .. like i have a sig. gash on the right side..but its gotten so much better I can't complain (BUT I DO)

I miss this waste of time! I only have a month left of school, freshman year didn't completely kill me. The biggest lesson I've learned has been that I hate most people woooo!

Yeah...I had a job. I am now unemployed and unenrolled. I'm trying to figure out what to do about the latter, because I think it takes a year or so to claim residency, and the out-of-state tuition fees are fucking ridiculous. And I have no idea what's even transferable, and this semester was unsalvagable on top of it (non-refundable, too! Yay), which means the near-perfect GPA I've killed myself for, and Honor Society enrollment, will not accompany my transfer, which also means things like scholarships are pretty much off the table. On top of that, I went back to my original plan of elementary education, with a double major in Anthropology (because one has to accompany "education," and I'd already taken a bunch of sociology, psychology, and other classes of anthropological interest for the hell of it, anyway), and the lovely new REPUBLICAN governer decided that the state's debt needs to be payed for by the salaries of compitent teachers, and "fall-backs" like Teach For America are pretty close to non-existant around here, and really have no interest in anyone who didn't graduate from an Ivy, so who knows what awaits my graduation (the only thing I have to hold onto is that most people feel it's 'who' and not 'what' you know here, and fortunately, I am immediately related to 8 educators - 2 of which work for DoDDs overseas, which would be fucking amazing [note: but I imagine they'll use their pull for my cousin--their daughter--who internet-excommunicated me for reasons unknown and is transferring to an Ivy this year - WHORE). I wouldn't go so far as to say "life sucks," but this transition is going to be a lot more difficult than I expected.
